Under the guidance of the Director of Human Resources and sometimes independently, the Human Resources and Operations Specialist will provide oversight and support to areas including management of the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding payroll processes benefits administration, including health, fringe benefits, and retirement plans HRIS and ATS administration and management as well as project management of HR initiatives and office management.
